RCC hosts the first Meeting of the ReSPA Coordination structure for Effective Public Services Dimension within Governance for Growth Pillar of SEE 2020 Strategy

Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is to host the 1st meeting of Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) Coordination structure for Effective Public Services Dimension within Governance for Growth (GfG) Pillar of RCC’s SEE 2020 growth Strategy.
ReSPA has acted as the regional coordinator for the Effective Public Services dimension in the GfG Pillar of the SEE 2020 Strategy, supporting its implementation through different aspects, most importantly through: Improvement of regulatory environment; Improving the quality of public services; and Professionalization of public servants. One of the main objectives of this meeting is to ensure effective coordination of all these activities, in which regard, ReSPA Governing board decided to establish specific coordination structure, composed from representatives of already existing working groups on regional level which have activities directly connected with GfG pillar of SEE2020 Strategy.
The RCC takes an active role and works closely with ReSPA to support and reinforce these efforts as the public administration reform is a cross-cutting element of paramount importance to economic growth of the region.
