013-025 Open call for National Youth Councils from EU to host mini-mobility scheme for representatives of National Youth Councils from Western Balkans

Western Balkans Youth Lab 2 jointly with European Youth Forum (YFJ) is organising National Youth Council Mini-Mobility Scheme which will enable 25 staff working in National Youth Councils or umbrella youth organisations in WB6 to take a structured short mobility of five days to an established National Youth Council in the European Union Member State.
The five-day visit will be prepared in close cooperation with the hosting National Youth Council in a structured manner to ensure that the visiting participants meet key youth stakeholders, and provide the opportunity of shadowing the staff in the hosting National Youth Council.
012-025 Open Call ESAP 3 performance review on the European Pillar of Social Rights

The Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC) Employment and Social Affairs Platform 3 (ESAP 3) project is seeking consultancy services to produce 2024 Review of the performance of the Western Balkans Six (WB6) regarding the European Pillar of Social Rights (EPSR). The consultancy will involve reviews of the performance for each of the WB6 on each of the 20 EPSR principles as well as the Regional WB6 Comparative Overview Report, and the 2023-2024 Update of the WB6 Social Scoreboard.
010-025 Support for Development of Financial Literacy Framework for Individuals in WB6

005-025 Open Call for Consulting Services Support to the RCC Secretariat in preparing the 2024 Report on the Implementation of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans Action Plan (GARI) and revising the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans Action Plan 2021–2030

The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is seeking consultancy services to support the preparation of 2024 GARI Report and the revision of GAWB Action Plan.
The consultancy will involve preparing a comprehensive and analytical report that evaluates the progress of WB6 across all seven components of GAWB Action Plan: Climate action, Energy, Sustainable transport, Circular economy, Depollution, Sustainable agriculture, and Protection of nature and biodiversity.
The report will provide both regional and economy-specific perspectives, assess progress against 58 actions outlined in the Action Plan, identify key challenges, and offer actionable recommendations to enhance the implementation of Green Agenda.
Additionally, the assignment includes drafting a proposal for revising the GAWB Action Plan to align it with emerging priorities and opportunities for the region.
