Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), through technical facility of its Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP) project will support the Public Employment Service (PES) of Republika Srpska in development of a strategic document that will help identify institutional strengths and weaknesses, and guide and define their key activities in performance improvement, as well as a methodology for monitoring and evaluation.                               

The study is expected to be finalized end of December, with a strategic goal to develop the job meditation function, efficient integration of unemployed in the labour market, improvement of the active labour market measures in line with a changing labour market, institutional and human resource development of the organization and cooperation with other labour market institutions.

This activity is a part of the ESAP technical assistance to support national processes related to the preparation, monitoring and follow up of national employment, labour market and social affairs strategies, action plans and/or measures, as well as other priority areas under the mandate of Ministries of Labour and Public Employment Services, who are the beneficiaries of this assistance.
