Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is organising the Western Balkans (WB) Roaming Policy meeting in Brussels on 6 November 2018, to facilitate preparations for potential adoption of the new Regional Roaming Agreement at the upcoming Digital Summit in Belgrade taking place in April 2019.

The Regional Roaming Agreement is one of the anticipated key milestones supporting the WB region on the path towards harmonization with the EU model. The meeting will serve to acquaint the WB6 appointed representatives with the main provisions stipulated in the newly prepared draft agreement and to support an informed discussion on the dynamic time framework and activities in the preparatory process.

The meeting is a part of the RCC’s activities supporting Digital Integration Component of Multi-Annual Action Plan for Reginal Economic Area (MAP REA)  and EU's Digital Agenda for the Western Balkans.
