Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is organising training of negotiation teams on Mutual recognition of professional Qualifications (MRPQ), as the first step in the negotiations process. The training is to be held in Tirana, Albania on 13-14 November 2018.  

The 1st meeting of the lead negotiators was held on 8th of October in Brussels, when negotiation teams were introduced and negotiation dynamics plan was presented. The first activity agreed from this plan was the training of the negotiation teams. The training will be focused on preparing the negotiation teams for the negotiations.
