This Act governs the internal organisation and functioning of the State Agency for National Security, the status of its personnel and the powers and duties of its officers. The State Agency for National Security, hereunder to be referred to as "the Agency", shall be a specialised body under the Council of Ministers in charge of implementing the policy of protection of national security.
