| Description | The sub-project supports regional cooperation between municipal associations in developing roadmaps which will serve as a guideline for the municipalities for formulating and implementing the energy plans and for expanding their own capacity. It will also develop instruments enabling better sharing and reciprocal learning by municipalities (mentoring, peer-to-peer exchanges). This will also incorporate the experience of EU countries, for example from the Croatian Association of Municipalities and the EU Energy Cities initiative. In addition, it will promote dialogue between the municipal associations and the governments. |
