| Description | This sub-project is aimed at identifying the conditions for the development and implementation of such a reporting system in the municipalities SEE by ensuring a dialogue between the Local Government Associations (LGAs) and representatives from the consumers to agree upon goals, to define precisely functionalities, to assess the costs, potential revenues and thus to assess the sustainability of the system and agree about its management structure. The reporting system will use smartphone technologies and be based on a dedicated smartphone application, ensuring user-friendliness and a main stream distribution channel. |
