| Description | The duration of issuance of construction permits in most of the countries in South-East Europe (SEE) is very long, nontransparent and complicated. Moreover, the procedure is very often burdened with corruption. The sub-project will focus on transferring the capacity developed in Macedonia to set up an EBPS in Serbia and preparing other countries in SEE for the implementation of an EBPS. |
