| Description | Project objective is to enable LGAs to improve management and leadership competencies of local decision-makers for planning and implementing municipal infrastructure investment projects. The project is aimed at developing a structured training concept and the related training offers for human capacity development (HCD) and their dissemination and marketing in the region. Regarding competencies development, the project places its focus on investment projects in the area of water supply/ waste water. These measures are aimed at increasing the absorption capacity for investments in the region at the municipal level. The project follows a multi-level approach and provides support on the level of municipalities (local), on the level of LGAs (national), as well as on the level of the NALAS Secretariat (regional). |
