| Description | The Action will provide technical assistance to prepare successful, high quality environment infrastructure projects in Turkey, jointly identified by the European Commission, the EU Delegation in Ankara and the beneficiary Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation. It will contribute to bring these priority investments projects to maturity by offering support to develop, manage and review the quality of project preparation documents, making them eligible and mature for EU funds. JASPERS (Joint Assistance to Support Projects in European Regions) is a technical assistance facility created to support the new Member States which joined the EU in 2004 and 2007 to access EU Structural Funds. Since 2013, JASPERS has expanded its services to three IPA beneficiaries, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. In view of the positive experience in these beneficiaries, JASPERS' support was extended to all IPA II beneficiaries as of 1st of January 2016 |
