Description | The objective of the Action is to measure and assess organised crime in the Western Balkans, and to develop and implement a framework for quantifying and analysing organised crime and mechanisms to monitor it in the beneficiaries. This framework will be based on reliable data and a set of common benchmarking systems available in the Rule of Law area for evidence-based policy-making and monitoring progress in a comparable manner across the beneficiaries. |
