| Description | The project is proposed by REC and UNDP Kosovo to support low emission development in the South East European region. The project provides background for stakeholders involved in developing strategies, policies and measures as well as identifying opportunities for direct investment. It will build upon other existing initiatives supporting the same aim in the region, such as the LOCSEE (Low Carbon South East Europe), RENA (Regional Environmental Network for Accession) and ECRAN (Environment and Climate Regional accession Network) projects. |
