| Description | Strengthening the capacities of Consumer organisations SEE in advocating for the rights and protection of consumers of municipal services with support from the Bureau Européen des Unions de Consommateurs (BEUC), fostering a dialogue between these organisations and representatives of public utilities and municipalities in SEE and fostering exchange of experience throughout the Region, paving the way towards the establishment of a regional network. |
