• Two thirds of SEE students in primary and secondary education to receive quality education

• Substantially reduce the number of deaths and illnesses from hazardous chemicals and air, water and soil pollution and contamination
• Support the research and development of vaccines and medicines for COVID-19
• Substantially increase health financing and the recruitment, development, training and retention of health workforce
• Strengthen the capacity of SEE economies for early warning, risk reduction and management of national and regional health risks
