The campaign started in April 2019 ahead of the 2nd Western Balkans Digital Summit in Belgrade that hosted the signing of the new Regional Roaming Agreement between entire Western Balkans.

This Agreement, facilitated by the RCC and EU, enabled lowering the roaming prices in the entire region already as of July 2019, in some cases more than 90%.
The final stage is zero roaming costs for the citizens of the Western Balkans as of mid-2021   - Roam Like @Home – Roaming Free Western Balkans!

Also, the RCC is working on facilitating the dialogue between Western Balkans and the EU, on lowering the prices between WB and EU as a next step.
