In 2020 RCC put youth in focus of its work with Western Balkans Youth Lab project funded by the European Union. The project aims to provide opportunities for youth to participate in decision-making and is designed to provide a safe space for youth, enabling young women and men to work jointly and at equal basis with policymakers.
Instead of creating policies for youth we believe in co-creating policies with youth. We believe in bringing together youth and policy makers in order for them to co-create and co-manage important youth policies.

One of the first activities was the Western Balkans Youth Policy Lab on Employment that gathered 40 young people and policymakers and members of the Regional Pool of Experts from the Western Balkans.
