Triple P Tourism in SEE: Amazing Western Balkans! A 3-part, 15 minutes promotion on regional TV broadcaster

The Triple P Tourism Project is seeking technical assistance to disseminate information about what has been achieved by the 3P Tourism Project, promote the EU’s integration policies in the region and showcase to the world the amazing beauty of the Western Balkans! The objective is to produce and broadcast 3 magazines - 5-minute productions – that aim to promote the region as a place of dialogue, freedom, and mobility, rich in cultural heritage, where each person feels safe and protected by the rule of law. It is proposed to produce these magazines based on actual footage available to RCC. The magazines will be broadcast regionally throughout Western Balkans Six.

Repeated Open Call for Consultancy Services -training and capacity building of the Albanian National Agency for Employment and Skills for improving its organisational performance

The objective of this assignment is to support the National Agency for Employment and Skills of Albania with training and capacity building activities related to establishing a systematic approach and tools necessary for improving organisational performance, such as planning process, work process map, audit trial and risk register.

This consultancy is part of the Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP) 2 - a regional project financed by the European Commission and implemented jointly by the RCC and ILO in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia, and Serbia. The project aims to strengthen regional cooperation and institutional capacities of national administrations, employers’ and workers’ organisations, enabling them to develop and effectively implement labour market and social policy reforms in their EU enlargement process.

Expert on Tackling Undeclared Work in the Western Balkans

The RCC Secretariat is looking for a short-term International Expert on Tackling Undeclared Work in the Western Balkans who will support the Employment and Social Affairs Platform 2 in the implementation of its activities on undeclared work.
The overall objective of this assignment is to support the objectives and activities of the Employment and Social Affairs Platform 2 (ESAP 2) to enhance cooperation in tackling undeclared work in the Western Balkans by providing guidance and expert support to the Regional Network for Tackling Undeclared Work through thematic learning, information exchange, capacity building and analytical work.
This consultancy is part of the Employment and Social Affairs Platform 2 (ESAP 2), a regional project financed by the European Commission and implemented jointly by the RCC and ILO in the Western Balkan economies.

Roma Integration: Legal expertise and support for Working Group on Protection against Discrimination in Kosovo*

The RCC Roma Integration Action Team is looking for a legal expert service to assist the Office of Good Governance, Human Rights, Equal Opportunities and Non-Discrimination and the National Roma Contact Point (NRCP) to provide expertise and support the work of the Technical Working Group on Protection against Discrimination (TWGPD) established by the Government of Kosovo*. The establishment of the TWGPD is linked to one of the pledges of the Poznan Declaration and the new EU Roma Strategic Framework that place the fight against antigypsyism and non-discrimination as central pillars.

Roma Integration: Regional analyses on the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on Roma in the EU Enlargement Region

The Roma Integration 2020 project is looking for qualified legal entities to apply for conducting a regional analysis to assess the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis on Roma. The purpose of this analysis is to contribute to a better understanding of the socio-economic impact of the Covid-19 on Roma in the areas of education, employment, health, housing, and non-discrimination. The analysis shall cover the EU enlargement region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia, and Serbia) for which a representative survey should be compiled.

Hosting, Developing and Maintaining Secure Database solution (IISG-D) for mapping support

The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) and Integrative Internal Security Governance (IISG) Secretariat are looking for qualified companies to improve collective efficiency by mapping the needs and coordinating responses concerning security threats in the Western Balkan region. The key objective and the scope of work of this assignment is to establish, host and maintain a Secure Database solution, with the aim of creating a consolidated and up-to-date overview of ongoing and future projects from a regional perspective. Since establishment of security database entails security infrastructure and protocols that can be provided only by a certified provider, the IISG Secretariat seeks to engage a certified entity to develop the Secure Database and support and educate IISG Secretariat Team to upload materials to this database.
