The RCC Secretariat is looking for consultancy services to provide legal advice during the inter-governmental negotiations on the Mutual Agreement on Recognition of Professional Qualifications for Doctors of Medicine, Dentists, Architects and Civil Engineers. Specifically to prepare rules of procedure for negotiation process, provide legal assistance for re-drafting the Mutual Recognition Agreement of Professional Qualifications for Doctors of Medicine, Dentists, Architects and Civil Engineers based on the negotiation process and provide legal advice, guidance and clarifications to the members of the negotiation teams and the RCC Secretariat at negotiation meetings and throughout the negotiations process.

Open Call for Consultancy Services for Budgeting of Roma Integration Action Plan 2019-2020 of Serbia

The RCC Roma Integration Action Team is looking for an expert to assist the Government of Serbia in budgeting of the Action Plan 2019-2020 for the implementation of the Strategy for Social Inclusion of Roma Men and Women in Serbia 2016-2025.
The concrete output of the engaged expert’s service is the budget of the Action Plan 2019-2020, which shall be created in close consultations with the implementing institutions and other stakeholders involved in the formulation of the Action Plan 2019-2020.

Open Call for the Procurement of Consultancy Services on Analysis of the Information Technology system of the Employment Agencies in the Western Balkans in line with EURES requirements

The RCC Secretariat is looking for 6 experts (1 international expert and 5 national experts, one from each of: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo , Serbia and The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia) to conduct an analysis of the Information Technology systems of the Employment Agencies in the Western Balkans in line with EURES requirements.
The purpose of the assignment is to support the Public Employment Services of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Serbia and The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia in the analysis of their Information Technology system and the development of technical specifications for new applications in line with EURES requirements.
This consultancy is part of the Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP), a regional project financed by the European Commission and implemented jointly by the RCC and ILO in the Western Balkan economies. The project, which began its implementation in 2016 and lasts for 3 years, aims to strengthen regional cooperation and institutional capacities of national administrations, employers’ and workers’ organisations, enabling them to develop and effectively implement labour market and social policy reforms in their EU enlargement process.

Open Call for Consultancy Services to Support Regional Conference on Innovative Approaches to Employment of Roma

The RCC's Roma Integration Action Team (RI2020) is looking for an expert to work with the Roma Integration 2020 Action Team to support the Regional Conference on Innovative Approaches to Employment of Roma and recommend an adapted approach to employment policies targeting Roma.
The Roma Integration 2020 organises the Regional Conference on Innovative Approaches to Employment of Roma on 11-12 December 2018 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, jointly with the Employment and Social Affairs Platform of the Regional Cooperation Council. The expert will prepare an analysis on the employment policies towards Roma in the enlargement region as an input to the conference, and, based on the presentations and discussions at the conference, the expert will prepare a report presenting the conference results.
