Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) was a speaker at the GLOBSEC's Forum panel "Western Balkans: Drifting away from Europe?" together with presidents of Montenegro and Serbia, Milo Djukanovic and Aleksandar Vucic and Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva.
