This document outlines the key components of regional governance, coordination, monitoring, and reporting for the implementation of the GAWB Action Plan, providing a framework to guide coordinated efforts at the regional level. Additionally, it establishes the Terms of Reference for transforming the RWG Env into the RWG GAWB and defines the operational framework necessary for the RWG GAWB to effectively carry out its mandate under the GAWB Action Plan.
