Regional Cooperation Council’ (RCC) Employment and Social Affairs Regional Platform (ESAP) project is organising a one-day regional training event on benchlearining for representatives of Public Employement Services (PES) from the Western Balkans in Belgrade, Serbia on 14th September 2017.

In line with the European Union’s PES network work and experiences, the regional PES representatives taking part in the training are to get familiar with the processes and contents of benchlearning among PES offices.  Following the training, PES offices will embark on the process of self-assessment and external review based on the methodology of benchlearning, with the aim of identifying and replicating good practices of PES performance management.
