Conference of the South East European National Security Authorities

8th Conference of the South East European National Security Authorities (SEENSA), co-organised by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) and Slovenian Government office for the protection of classified information, is to be held in Bled, Slovenia on 11 September 2018, back-to-back with Bled Strategic Forum. 

The RCC Secretary General Goran Svilanovic and the Director of Slovenian National Security Authority Dobran Bozic are to speak as keynote speakers at the panel discussion on the role of SEENSA in ensuring cyber security, within the Bled Strategic Forum. The discussion will involve SEENSA Delegation Heads and guest NATO/International speakers, focusing on the cyber security and regional cooperation in that context. The panel discussion will be followed by the strategic level meeting and the operational session on the future aspects and technicalities of cooperation in this format. 

Also, the Secretary General Svilanovic will take part as a keynote speaker in another panel discussion at the Bled Strategic Forum titled ‘Rule-Of-Law Through a Renewed EU Perspective - Engagement, Conditionality or Both?’.
