Tourism Development and Promotion project of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) convenes the meeting of the Tourism Expert Group (TEG) to be held in Vienna, on 6-7 December 2018, to endorse concepts for the new regional umbrella identity: “Western Balkans– Crossroads of Civilisations” and associated itineraries, cultural routes based on the art and design of World War 2 monuments in the six Western Balkans economies, and to review specific tourism policy frameworks.

The concepts for the new regional umbrella identity as well as the criteria for the inclusion of the cultural heritage sites and monuments into the regional cultural itineraries have previously been discussed and agreed within focus groups’ meetings, also organised by the project.
