The consultative project design workshop for the Western Balkans’ Youth Labs project, organised by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), will take place in Podgorica, Montenegro, on 7 November 2019.

The workshop participants, including key youth organisations, representatives of the national administrations responsible for youth policy and international stakeholders active in the field of youth, will discuss specific measures aimed at reinforcement or establishment of National Youth Councils and how to support participation of young people in the decision making through Western Balkans Youth Policy Labs. Discussions and findings will feed into development of targeted activities aimed at supporting youth activation and participation through the Western Balkans Youth Labs project.

The action is envisioned to start in February 2020 for a period of 36 months. It will be implemented by the RCC, and supported by Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) and other relevant organisations.
