RCC’s Western Balkans Youth Lab project (WBYL) is to gather around 40 young people and policymakers (members of the Regional Pool of Experts) at the Kick-Off Event of the Regional Youth Policy Lab on mental health in Tirana on 9-10 December 2021.  

Members of Regional Pool of Experts, together with the  key-note panelists, debate participants, regional media and wide audience are to hear, discuss and raise awareness on the issues of mental health concerning young people, how to prevent causes and factors and what are the support measures and mechanisms of dealing with mental health issues with young people.
