Regional Conference for Women Entrepreneurs in the Western Balkans dubbed WomEn who Launch: Regional Network of Women in Entrepreneurs  is to take place in Tirana in hybrid mode on 11 March 2022. The aim of the conference is to gather key stakeholders from the region to discuss potentials, needs and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs and to recognise, promote and showcase successful women entrepreneurs in the region through the “Western Balkans Women Entrepreneurs of the Year” Initiative. In addition, the aim is to continue efforts towards the establishment of a Regional Women Entrepreneurs Hub (RWEH) with the contribution of women entrepreneurs and women business associations and networks from the Western Balkans. 

“The Western Balkans Women Entrepreneurs of the Year” Initiative will recognise women who have started and developed their own business and contributed to new and sustainable jobs for other women and men across different sectors of the economy. The winners of the Initiative will contribute to and participate in RCC RWEH which will bring together renowned women leaders and entrepreneurs of the region through networking, strengthening partnerships, knowledge sharing, mentorship programmes and jointly tackling the challenges in the region.
