Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Majlinda Bregu will give a guest lecture to students of College of Europe on 23 October 2023 in Bruges, Belgium.

The lecture dubbed "The Western Balkans and the EU: First-hand insight after the Berlin Process Summit 2023" is to discuss developments in the region, regional cooperation and the role of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC). A lecture will be followed by the discussion with students moderated by Rector Federica Mogherini.

RCC continuously includes wide array of social groups in the dialogue on regional cooperation, in particular involving young people, in the region and in the EU, counting that their awareness, support and inputs are especially important as we face new challenges. 
 
The lecture in Bruges is a part of a series of students talks RCC has already held in the USA, European Union and in the Western Balkans.
