Unlocking the Future: Innovate, Eco-vate, Elevate - Western Balkans Unite for Smart Cities : First Local Self-Governments (LSG) Forum under the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans will be organized on 12 October in Tirana. This event marks the launch of a structured process of regional dialogue between LSGs from the Western Balkans aimed to enhance the implementation of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans at the local level. The LSG Forum will be organized by the Regional Cooperation Council jointly with the Municipality of Tirana and the Network of Association of Local Authorities in South East Europe (NALAS), gathering representatives of LSGs from the region and beyond, European Commission, development partners, etc. with the view to share best practices and ensure peer to peer learning in an effort to support further the green transition in the Western Balkans. 

The first LSG Forum will be organized in the margins of the Berlin Process Summit to be held in Tirana on 16 October, and it will highlight the importance that  the local government has in our shared mission to achieve climate neutrality as provided within the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans.
