RCC’s EU funded, Western Balkans Youth Lab 2 (WBYL2) is organizing Regional Conference on Youth Cultural Cooperation: Stirring the Cultural Scene: Spotlight on Youth Talents. The event will serve as an engaging forum for young artists to collaborate, share their ideas, and connect with established regional talent, fostering creative dialogues and cross-cultural interactions. This impactful event will feature stimulating speakers who will shed light on opportunities for youth in the cultural sector, while also giving young creators a unique opportunity to voice their needs and suggestions directly to representatives from Ministries and cultural institutions from the Western Balkans Six. 

Evening side event, exhibition, will offer a unique opportunity for different young creators to present their work providing them with a platform to connect with various stakeholders from the field of art. With an emphasis on fostering partnerships and tackling barriers to cultural access, this event represents a significant step toward enhancing the cultural landscape for youth in the region.
