My name is Vjosa Fusha and I am a third-year Computer Science and Engineering student at the University for Business and Technology in Prishtina. Also, I am a recent Coding Dojo Bootcamp graduate and a Women Deliver Young Leader Alumni.

My message to young people, girls in particular, is to work hard, and never give up your desire to be what you want to be.

In the future I expect to see more career promotion programmes for young girls and women enabling them to explore their potential, curiosity and passion for STEM. By bringing together girls and women students and young professionals at events, workshops, panel discussions, career discovery campaigns we can expand the community of women who are passionate about technology and engineering.

I am hoping for equal access to the opportunities engineering offers so that we can all benefit.
