The RCC is looking for a qualified consulting company or a consortium of individual experts to develop a Toolkit for Knowledge Transfer at Public Universities in the Western Balkans. The purpose of this assignment is to support the academia-business collaboration and commercialisation of knowledge in the Western Balkans. Specifically, this assignment aims to develop a comprehensive toolkit to support knowledge transfer activities between public universities in the Western Balkans and the business community. A toolkit should empower universities and industry partners to collaborate more easily, leveraging each other’s strengths for mutual benefit.
The consultancy aims to support the activities undertaken by the RCC in the framework of the implementation of the Common Regional Market (CRM) Action Plan 2021-2024. The CRM’s Regional Innovation Area component aims to assist the development of a regional innovation ecosystem, inter alia, by encouraging academia-industry linkages.
